Recovered Mourner

Well, maybe not recovered. I can't quite get over the possiblity that I might have lost all of my work on my old laptop, however I have come upon a new project. It is more of a time filler than an actual WIP (work in progress). It takes place in nineteenth century England.

The main character is a woman named Sabrina. She leaves her love when she is young beacause of his drinking problem and moves to London. 12 years later she is happily married in the city, when she gets an unexpected letter calling her back to the town she thought she had escaped. She goes back with intentions of leaving as soon as possible... Then she sees a clean and sober version of her first love. He is just getting over his fiancee who left him for another man and moved away... just as Sabrina had done. Sabrina, being back in her hometown, is remainded of repressed childhood horrors, reasons as to why she never wished to return, they lean on eachother for support and find again the love that never died. Sabrina, being reminded of the bad aspects of her past looks at him and is also reminded of the good times of their romance as they embark on another, new, fresh chapter in their lives.

What do you think? Email me with reviews of the summary, thanks!
